Licensed Psychotherapist • San Francisco, CA
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and couples navigating life's most challenging moments.
About
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change in their lives. I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Stanford University and completed post-doctoral training at UCSF.
My work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person's unique story. I believe that therapy is most effective when it's a true collaboration — you bring your lived experience, and together we build the insight and tools you need to move forward.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. I am a certified EMDR therapist and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Every session begins with genuine curiosity and unconditional positive regard. You'll never feel rushed or judged — this is your space to explore at your own pace.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and attachment-based approaches — choosing the right tools for each unique person.
We'll define clear, meaningful goals together and regularly check in on your progress. Therapy should feel purposeful and moving toward something that matters to you.
Insights in the therapy room are just the beginning. I'll equip you with practical tools and strategies that you can use long after our work together ends.
"You don't have to be broken to seek therapy. You just have to be human."
