I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi and Gestalt therapy. Together, we slow down and pay attention to the patterns, emotions, and protective strategies shaping your experience. Rather than judging or trying to eliminate these parts of you, we explore how they developed, how they may have helped you, and whether they still serve you now.
Over time, this can bring greater clarity, less inner conflict, and more freedom to respond to life with choice rather than habit.
